For over a decade, Taylor Hagerty has dedicated himself to the craft of tattooing, building a reputation for creating tattoos that not only look great today, but will continue to look great for years to come. While many people know him for his anime-inspired work, Taylor’s passion has always been understanding tattooing as a whole—why tattoos work, how they age, and how to create designs that stand the test of time.
Having spent years working in a wide variety of styles, Taylor believes every client deserves honest guidance and a tattoo that fits both their vision and the realities of the medium. Whether it’s an anime character, a large black and grey project, or a meaningful custom design, his goal is always the same: create the best possible tattoo for the person wearing it.
Known for his laid-back personality and approachable nature, Taylor takes pride in creating an experience that is just as memorable as the tattoo itself. Clients often leave not only with a new piece of artwork, but with a new friend. When he’s not tattooing, you’ll likely find him spending time with his family, gaming, listening to music, or diving into anime and pop culture.

My Story
I’ve been tattooing for over a decade, but my connection to tattooing started long before I ever picked up a machine. Growing up around tattooers, bikers, artists, and musicians, I was drawn to the culture from an early age. I was always the kid with a sketchbook in hand, and tattooing felt like the perfect way to combine art, creativity, and connection with people.
The road here wasn’t always easy. During my apprenticeship, there were times when I was barely getting by, but I was determined to learn the craft the right way. Those experiences taught me to respect tattooing, stay humble, and never stop learning.
While many people know me for anime tattoos, I’ve spent my career studying tattooing as a whole. My focus has always been creating tattoos that not only look great when you leave the shop, but continue to look great years down the road. I believe in giving honest advice, educating my clients, and creating work that stands the test of time.
The best part of tattooing has always been the people. I love the conversations, the laughs, and the relationships built throughout the process. Many clients walk in as strangers and leave feeling like friends.
Outside of tattooing, I’m a husband, a father, a gamer, and a lifelong fan of anime and music. Tattooing is something I take seriously, but it isn’t my entire identity. It’s something I do, not who I am. I believe having a life outside the studio keeps me inspired, grounded, and excited to create.
